Help Us Keep Windsor Street Accessible to Every Family

Your gift funds scholarships and an outdoor space built for every child, through our $34,000 CentralMoGives campaign

Every gift keeps a seat open for a child who belongs here.

At Windsor Street Montessori, food is the thread that ties everything together—our garden, our classrooms, our community. Through CentralMoGives, our priority this year is simple: making sure a family's ability to pay tuition never decides whether their child gets a seat at our table. Two smaller projects round out the goal, building an outdoor space every child can enjoy, regardless of ability.

Setting the Table for All

$20,000

There's always room at our table. Your contribution helps:

  • Keep tuition assistance available to families who couldn't otherwise access this education

  • Welcome families who can't afford full tuition

  • Preserve the range of backgrounds that make our community what it is

  • Maintain our independence and authentic Montessori approach

A Play Structure Built by Hand

$7,000

Our current tripod climber is aging. Your gift helps:

  • Replace it with a custom structure handcrafted by Sawdust Studios, a local Missouri maker

  • Build with thermally modified Missouri timber, heat-treated instead of chemically treated

  • Create a structure that grows with kids from toddler through elementary age

  • Support a local craftsman and Windsor Street parent, Cruz Chavez

Toddler Patio & Accessibility Upgrade

$7,000

Every child should move freely between our classrooms and our garden. Your gift provides:

  • A gentle, ADA-compliant ramp connecting the toddler classroom to the patio

  • Cushioned, all-weather surfacing to replace bare concrete

  • Safe, independent movement for children using wheelchairs or strollers

  • A patio floor that supports toddlers developing balance and coordination

"Windsor Street isn't just a school—it's a place where my children learned to love healthy food, respect nature, and embrace different cultures. The scholarship made this possible for our family."
