For history, we have continued working on our radio days projects. In science, we have started projects on renewable energy. Subjects include wind, solar, hydro, as well as, energy conservation and efficiency.  We are also learning about fossil fuels, nuclear power, and climate change.  Speaker Mark Haim visited WSMS to talk about the dangers of fossil fuels and the potential of renewable energy for a more sustainable future.  His message was optimistic but he said we need to take immediate action in order to keep the earth healthy.
